Spring plate are usually made of the following kinds of steels :
1.65Mn steel : This is a high strength, high toughness alloy steel, especially suitable for use in harsh environments such as impact, pressure and wear. The original hardness of 65Mn steel is generally lower than HRC20, but after heat treatment, its hardness can be increased to more than HRC60, and the hardness after quenching is maintained at about HRC62.
2.60Si2Mn : This is a common spring steel with high strength and toughness for applications requiring high strength and wear resistance.
3.50CrV : This material is also commonly used to make spring plates, which have higher strength and wear resistance.
Manufacturing process and use of spring plate
The manufacturing process of the spring plate includes fine processes such as blanking, drilling, assembly, and heat treatment such as quenching and tempering to ensure its durability. The spring plate consists of a number of special-shaped steel plates, designed to bend naturally for easy installation. Its main function is to absorb the impact of the road surface, provide cushioning and damping, and play the role of guiding and transmitting force in the longitudinal layout.
