According to the IATF16949 certification requirements, after system planning, system document establishment, standard training, internal auditor training, five major tool training, system document improvement, quality system trial operation, internal audit, management review, certification application, establishment A quality management system that complies with the IATF16949 standard and the requirements of customers and related parties.

On June 10, 2021, the company successfully passed the IATF16949:2016 quality system certification after a strict audit by the certification company Shanghai Encore Certification Co., Ltd., and was awarded the IATF16949:2016 quality management system certification on September 15, 2021.

Since the release of IATF16949:2016, Hengsaier has steadily promoted various basic work according to the IATF16949:2016 standard implementation work plan. In the process of standard implementation, various departments have carried out multi-faceted thinking and discussion on practical work in combination with the IATF16949:2016 standard, continuously implemented and applied new standards, and implemented them, so that the management system has been continuously optimized, and a large number of process flow charts, PFMEAs have been compiled. , control plan, work instruction and other technical documents, and carried out the design and development of the leaf spring process in strict accordance with the requirements of APQP tools. It has formed a process concept guided by process performance indicators, established a risk management and control mechanism, realized the systematic management and control of each process of quality control, and greatly improved the effectiveness of the quality control process.

As of this year, the company has successfully passed the IATF16949 certification for three consecutive years, which on the one hand proves the company's own strength, and on the other hand also lays a good foundation for the company to become a supplier of automobile enterprises.  In the future, the company will continue to improve the quality management system and make continuous efforts to build a leaf spring brand with international technical level.
