Henan Hengsaier Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is an automotive suspension technology company integrating scientific research, production and sales. It has developed and owned 13 patents in the field of leaf springs in China and being a member of the Suspension Committee of China Association of Automobile Manufactures (CAAM, www.caam.org.cn) , a member of China Heat Treatment Association and Henan Automobile Industry Association (www.hnqcxh.org).

The Company is located at 257 Jiankang Road, Changge, Henan, China with the registered capital of RMB10,000,000 (equivalent to USD1.5 million), with the annual capacity of 1,000,000 sets of leaf springs for trailers, mobile homes or pickups.

The Company was assessed and registered with IATF 16949: 2016 quality management system by NQA in 2021. And the company was awarded as Science and Technology Innovation Platform in the city of Xuchang , advanced green transformation enterprise, and eco-friendly performance B-level certified enterprise in 2021

The Company has been producing and supplying the leaf springs on OEM basis for domestic famous light vehicles producers including Dayun, Lifan, Senyuan, Loncin, and Italian Piaggio, etc. Besides, our leaf springs have been distributing in norh America, Italy, and West African countries, etc.
Our target is to supply leaf springs with more competitive prices and high quality in time to our customers.

Introduction of Production Equipment :

The Company has a number of advanced CNC equipment supplied by domestic and abroad brands, such as robotic leaf spring cambering machines, robotic eye-forming, automatic double ends eye-formers, walking beam heating furnaces, medium and high frequency induction heating furnaces

With advanced technologies of automation we have been adopting radio frequency data communication, sensing, scanning, signal transmission and others, we achieved the intelligentization, routinization and standardization in our production processess, which increase our production efficiency, and shorten the lead time.
